You can lose up to 25kg, but there are 50% chances that they will return after stoping the diet.
As long as you follow the Mayo Clinic diet, you will eat more grapefruit than ever thought possible. Grapefruit contains nutrients, vitamin C and fiber. The food is low in calories but that's mainly all. Grapefruit does not have any magical quality that will help you lose weight.
