Exhibition and Publishers
Exhibition opportunities are available in conjunction with ASV 2010.
LIMITED space is available and will be assigned as applications and payments are received, so interested parties are encouraged to reserve their preferred space as soon as possible. Early registration (before June 1, 2010) is advised and will be confirmed by e-mail. Shipping information and instructions will be included with your registration confirmation.
Late registrants (after June 1st) will receive a printed receipt in your conference packet available at the registration site. The opportunity to reserve exhibition space will close on July 1st.
Each exhibitor will be provided with one skirted, linen-covered 8 ft., exhibit table and full registration for one company representative. Registration fee includes Exhibit Representative's access to the ASV Welcome Reception, all ASV scientific sessions, poster sessions, refreshment breaks, Evening Socials, conference materials, and the meal package for lunches and dinners on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
Additional Exhibitor Representatives also are invited. The fee provides full registration for one company representative, but does not include admission to the Tuesday night dinner. A separate ticket for the Tuesday dinner must be purchased, and tickets will be available at the registration headquarters.

Confirmation
Exhibition space will be allocated only on receipt of the signed Exhibitor Registration Form and full payment. Electronic confirmation will be provided to confirm the booking and payment.
Cancellation Policy
Exhibitor fees, less a $75 penalty fee, will be refunded if cancellation is received by MSU Conference Services in writing by July 5th. No refunds will be issued after this date.
Publishers
Preferred Publisher Fees
ASV customarily provides a small display area for advertising materials by those publishers who offer reduced subscription rates to our members. The names of eligible Preferred Publishers is listed below:

There is no charge to preferred publishers wishing to send small quantities of brochures for browsing and selective pickup. If you wish to have pamphlets inserted into the participants' meeting folders, you must provide a sufficient quantity (1700 each) and pay a small handling fee of $100 for each item. We must receive all materials no later than June 24, 2010. You should ship your materials to MSU Conference Services at the address listed on the form available to download below.
Other Publisher Fees
Other publishers may also provide materials for display or inclusion in meeting participant's folders. You must register and pay for this service in advance. The cost is $50 per item for materials for participant pickup and browsing at the ASV 2010 meeting. Items shipped for inclusion in participants’ meeting bags are at a cost of $200 for each item. Materials must be shipped to the address indicated on the attached form and must be received on or before June 24, 2010.
