NOTE: Since abstract withdrawals disrupt the continuity of the program, DO NOT apply for a workshop presentation unless you are CERTAIN that you or a co-author will present the paper at the meeting.
- DEADLINE for submission of travel grant applications (Students, Postdocs, MVC, Teachers, Latin American virologists)
- DEADLINE for submission of new member applications by students and postdocs applying for travel awards
May 1
- DEADLINE for submission of new member applications to ASV Membership Committee for approval as a new ASV member to register for ASV 2010 at reduced member rates.
June 1
- DEADLINE for ASV 2010 online registration at regular fee rates
- DEADLINE for ASV 2010 registration by mail or fax
June 2
- Late registration fees begin for online registrants
June 11
- Conference rates and block bookings for both On-campus accommodation and Off-campus hotel reservation end.
- DEADLINE to cancel ASV 2010 registration with partial refund
- DEADLINE for Medical Satellite Symposium reservation
- DEADLINE for Plant Satellite Symposium reservation

- DEADLINE for Veterinary Virology Club Luncheon reservations
- DEADLINE for ASV 2010 online registration; (on-site registration thereafter)
