Accommodations
On-Campus Lodging
ASV participants and their guests can stay in traditional residence hall accommodations on campus located a short distance from the scientific meetings. Single and double rooms are available with conveniently located, shared restrooms on each floor. All rooms are furnished with linens and basic amenities (no air-conditioning). Telephone, refrigerators and fans are available upon request. MSU has campus-wide internet service. It is strongly recommended to book EARLY. On-campus accommodations will be available for those registrants who need to arrive one day early or stay an additional day.
The rates for on campus housing range from $21/night/guest for dormitory-style shared rooms (washroom facilities shared on floor) to $26/night for a dormitory-style single.
Campus Housing Reservations
Accommodations may be reserved by filling out the on-line reservation form. This should be done at the same time as registration or at the latest by June 11, 2010. If registering by mail or fax, please also submit your campus housing request by June 1st, 2010 and include a credit card number. Housing reservations made after June 11th are subject to room availability. Confirmation of all reservations will be sent via e-mail.

Campus Housing Payment Information
All rates are in US dollars. Payment is processed at the time of the reservation. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. If you do not wish to send credit card information electronically please contact our reservations office at 406-994-6583.
Off-Campus Lodging
Bozeman has several hotels, some of which are offering special conference rates. Please note that the majority of hotels are not within easy walking distance (~3 mi) of the MSU campus. July is the height of the summer tourist season and participants who wish to stay in local hotels are encouraged to make reservations early. See the ASV 2010 website for a listing of hotels. When reserving your hotel room, identify yourself as a participant of ASV 2010 or the "American Society for Virology" and make your reservation before June 11, 2010 to receive the special ASV conference rate, where applicable.
Shuttles from area hotels to campus will be available.
